He has over 12 years of lean operations consulting experience with clients in both the United States and Canada. Floyd’s work in the area of lean includes manufacturing, service organizations, and healthcare. Floyd has worked in the following types of hospital areas: emergency department, bed flow, surgical services, cardiac catheterization laboratory, medical staff office, and endoscopy department. |

Chuck DeLadurantey is one of the leading experts in the nation on hospital process improvement. Chuck has an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and is responsible for leading sales, marketing and delivery of Lean Sigma services for approximately 100 Kaizen type events within the healthcare industry with approximately 50 different hospital and healthcare organizations. Notable achievements include leading Lean Design Teams for new or renovated healthcare facilities where redesigned/Lean process flows were integrated with space planning and architectural design efforts. Lean Sigma projects have included scopes of work covering all core and ancillary support processes for a broad range of healthcare clients, including small rural hospitals, larger multi-entity hospital organizations and the physician office practice environments. |

Mike Paten, ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), has over 25 years of operational and corporate level experience in quality management and productivity/process improvement. Mike has experience in developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) and has assisted many organizations achieve registration to a variety of ISO 9000 based standards. Mike also has experience in conducting process based assessments as part of efforts to establish baseline performance levels and improvement objectives for healthcare organizations, such as the Emergency Departments at Jewish Hospital, Louisville, KY and the Admission Coordination Center, Central Baptist Hospital, Lexington, KY. Mike has helped design tools and processes to help small businesses assess, develop, implement and improve their quality management systems. Mike holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration, is a Certified QMS Auditor, and a member of the American Society for Quality. |

Dr. Andy Meyer has over 25 years experience in healthcare as a clinician and administrator. He worked in the area of Behavioral Medicine and Health Psychology throughout much of his career. He has conducted research and published articles in the areas of habit formation and change. Dr. Meyer’s current interests are in the areas of improving performance through the use of psychological and socio-cultural principles. He has served in leadership positions in public non-profit, private for-profit, and private non-profit systems. Dr. Meyer is an Adjunct Professor at Spalding University where he previously served as Chair of the School of Professional Psychology and Dean of the College of Social Sciences and Humanities. He currently serves as the Performance Team Psychologist for the University of Louisville Athletic Department. Dr. Meyer is a Senior Organizational Consultant with Innovative Productivity, Inc., a national consulting firm providing a broad range of leadership and organizational development services. |
